• Giving clients legal advice regarding projects on real estates, land, and constructions.
• Advising on and assisting clients in establishing enterprises engaged in real estate business, real estate business services, and construction.
• Advising clients on legal matters arising during the establishment and implementation of transactions in relation to real estate, land, and construction such as land lease, transfer of land use rights, transfer of assets attached to the land, housing purchase/sale, housing/office lease, real estate management (management of offices for lease, management of trading centers, hotel management, and apartment management), etc.
• Representing and assisting clients in the negotiation, draft, and review of contracts relating to real estate, land, and construction such as land lease contracts, contracts for transfer of land use rights, contracts for transfer of assets attached to the land, contracts for housing purchase/sale, housing lease contracts, office lease contracts, contracts for management of real estate, etc.
• Giving legal advice and representing clients in resolving disputes arising from investment activities as well as from transactions relating to real estate, land, and construction.
