We provide individual and organizational clients with professional legal services in respect of labor issues in Vietnam. Our main legal services include:
- Advising on labor recruitment, labor contracts, termination of labor contracts, working time, and rest time.
- Assisting clients in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing labor contracts, collaboration contracts, labor rules, collective labor agreements, confidentiality agreements, training agreements, etc.
- Assisting clients in the negotiation and reconciliation of individual and collective labor disputes.
- Providing counsel on applicable disciplinary measures, procedures for application of disciplinary measures, and procedures for damage compensation.
- Representing clients in the settlement of individual and collective labor disputes before Vietnamese courts.
- Advising on and assisting clients in applying for work permits for foreign employees.
