In November 2010, NSE Products, Inc. filed a trademark application “G3” for the goods in class 05. Upon substantive examination, the National Office of Intellectual Property (‘NOIP’) refused to grant certificate as the mark was devoid of distinctive character under Article 74.2.a of the IP Law.
