Trademark application “STANLAYS” is being opposed

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.,  the owner of VN.Reg.235869 “STANLEY” for products in Class 08 and other Classes has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose applied-for trademark application No.4-2021-10068 “STANLAYS” sought for registration for products “hand tools; hand pump; cutlery” in Class 08  on the ground of  confusing similarity to the earlier mark “STANLEY” registered for similar products in the same Class 08.

The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam./.
