Trademark application “NEXT NATURE” is being opposed

Grounds: Articles 74.2(e) and 112, IP Law
Next Retail Limited, the owner of VN. Reg. 162831 “NEXT” for products in Class 25 has petitioned with the IP Vietnam to oppose applied-for trademark application No. 4-2021-03654 “NEXT NATURE” sought for registration for products “clothes; footwear; headwear…” In Class 25 on the ground of confusing similarity to the earlier mark “NEXT” registered for similar products in the same Class 25.
The case is being reviewed by the IP Vietnam./.
